Helicopter Crash Case Experience
David has successfully represented the surviving family members of two individuals who were killed and two other individuals who were seriously injured in three different helicopter crashes in the Gulf of Mexico. Each crash was unique and resulted from vastly different causes. The recoveries obtained on behalf of all these clients were substantial; however, the settlements are all subject to strict confidentiality provisions that prohibit us from disclosing the details.
